Have a portfolio of work that we can nose through. Come from a background of live streaming and/or bulletin boards/forums. Play any kind of games. Board games, VR games, tabletop RPGs, PC games... Own a VR headset.

What is your Interview process like?

  1. Meet with founder and CEO (casual chat - we screen for culture and values)
  2. Meet with CTO (casual chat - we screen for engineering chops, general interest in code)
  3. Meet with relevant team members
  4. We make offer or decline

What efforts are you making in terms of increasing diversity & inclusion within your company?

We have a weekly D&I meeting where we scrutinize our own efforts to be more inclusive. We realize that we need to expand our horizons, and sacrifice things like speed of hiring, if we want to say that we've been honest in our attempts to drive diversity at LIV.

We run a radically transparent culture that is free of ego, and built on top of trust. As you can imagine, being a 100% distributed company means trust is paramount for us, and it's a cornerstone of our company.

Our culture is kind, warm and nerdy, and we are very mindful with how we communicate internally.
