What is your Interview process like?

First step is a phone screen to hear about your experience and talk about the role. Next would be a take home code assignment in Python (or Javascript if you prefer) that you would discuss with current team members. Then we round out the interviews with a panel with members of business team.

What efforts are you making in terms of increasing diversity & inclusion within your company?

At LCVista we recognize and embrace the need for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. We are evolving our hiring process to reach a more diverse group of candidates.
