About You

  • You are passionate about software engineering and look forward to make high-quality contributions to modern, production web applications

  • You have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming language like Ruby, a web framework like Rails and a modern JavaScript framework like Vue.js

  • You are a problem solver with a passion for simple, clean, and maintainable solutions

  • You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself

  • You default to concise and effective written and verbal communication

What is your Interview process like?

You'll have an initial phone call with our technical recruiter to discuss your career goals and this opportunity. If it all seems like a fit, you'd be sent a Ruby focused take home assignment. After your assignment is graded, you’d have a round of virtual interviews that would each focus on a different area of the role –Ruby/Rails, Architecture, Full-stack/Javascript + behavioral questions.
