What we’re looking for…

  • Senior-level experience designing products, especially web applications

  • At least 4 hours of overlap with the Pacific Time Zone in your current location

What you’ll be working on…

We really care about design and know it’s an integral part of building a great product. We’ve wanted to bring on a designer for a while and now we’ve got the room to do it. We’re really excited to have a thoughtful, skilled, and enthusiastic person like yourself to help collaborate on design solutions! Your range of responsibilities will be broad — but don’t worry. We don’t expect you to be an expert in every facet of design. We’ll all be working together to achieve our design goals. We hope that you’ll see this as an opportunity to grow and exercise a variety of different skill-sets. We are planning to:

  • Build a design system to make our UI consistent, easy to build, and easy to use

  • Redesign our web application

  • Redesign our documentation and marketing website

  • Rebrand (or manage a rebrand of) our identity

  • Other awesome things that we don’t know we need yet — but you do!

How we’ll compensate you…

  • Full-time, remote position

  • $120–140k compensation (flexible based on experience)

  • 4 weeks PTO, plus 7 holidays
