JOB DESCRIPTION

Threespot’s Account Coordinator is responsible for handling our clients’ ongoing maintenance and enhancement requests. They must be a patient communicator and problem solver with a general understanding of digital project management principles and website, web application, and mobile application development.

The Account Coordinator will cultivate relationships with current Threespot clients, working with designers and developers to maintain and enhance existing sites and applications. They will be required to traffic multiple simultaneous, short-term client requests, ranging from addressing break-fix issues to managing small enhancement projects. They are comfortable with shifting priorities and escalating requests that they cannot handle to the appropriate team member in a timely fashion. They are committed to the success of both Threespot’s products and our progressive clients.

Skills

  • Baseline knowledge of digital project management, website development, and user experience design
  • Flexible, patient ability to prioritize projects and tickets with constantly changing schedules and deadlines
  • Calm, self-motivated, positive, and able to focus on delivering high quality, accurate, and timely results for fast-paced projects or assignments
  • Stellar interpersonal and client service skills
  • Comfortable dealing with scheduled and unscheduled website, web application, and mobile application maintenance requests
  • Baseline knowledge of internet development and deployment technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DNS, and TLS
  • Familiarity with issues supporting multiple browsers and devices
  • Experience supporting WordPress and/or Drupal
  • Experience working with GitHub Issues a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handles maintenance and enhancement requests from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolves issues within skill level; escalates when necessary
  • Keeps thorough documentation of requests and resolutions
  • Ensures requests are acknowledged, addressed, tested, and deployed quickly, efficiently, and to client satisfaction
  • Provides regular reports to producers on issues, status, resolutions, and trends in related client accounts
  • Communicates regularly with clients on status of issues and enhancement projects
  • Supports contract creation, renewals, and invoicing for all maintenance clients

Qualifications

  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent, customer-centric written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital project management, professional website design, end-user support and/or customer service experience for technical products preferred
  • Passion for bringing positive change to the world
