At Weights & Biases our mission is to build the best tools for machine learning. Our experienced technical cofounders built Figure Eight, and our tools are being used by cutting-edge machine learning teams including OpenAI and Toyota. We're looking for passionate, driven people who love to learn and collaborate in an inclusive work environment.
At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best developer tools for machine learning. We are looking for an intern to support our product integration with various machine learning and data science workflows. You will help develop, test, and showcase new and existing W&B features through a mix of Python scripts, interactive notebooks, custom visualizations, and blog posts. While we have a few specific features and workflows in mind, the datasets and methods will be mostly up to you. We hope to provide an exciting learning opportunity at the intersection of research and development in a fast-moving startup environment. We love building powerful tools together, delighting our users, and supporting the inspiring work of machine learning in research and industry.

We strive for the culture of our workplace to reflect the best values of the ML research community we serve: openness, collaboration, and commitment to learning and growth.
We are proud that our leadership and our early hires include women and LGBTQIA+ folks. Our users and our employees are international in origin and in current location.
We maintain a culture of positive collegiality. For example, our weekly retrospective meetings are oriented around sharing whose work and effort in the past week we are most grateful for. We build this on top of the atmosphere of psychological safety we consider a non-negotiable prerequisite to a healthy workplace.
More broadly, we are a fast-growing and healthy start-up. Machine learning teams love and rely on our tools for their daily work at companies including OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Lyft, Samsung, and Pandora. Your work will be an impactful component of a successful team.
