JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

Do you tend to fill in the blanks, wear many hats and naturally organize teams, information and tasks across multiple functions? Are you a technology professional that is energized by creative environments and workplaces? 

Heath is looking for a IT Project Manager to drive our ERP Implementation as well as other IT projects and activities. Our ideal candidate will manage daily activities around our ERP transition project from SAP Business One to Netsuite. This person will ensure proper planning, process mapping, communication and documentation across the organization. You should possess a strong balance between functional business knowledge and technical ability as well as keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service. This position will interact with and serve as a liaison between Heath manufacturing, sales, finance, warehouse and IT teams and the implementation team at Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage all aspects of SAAS ERP Implementation Project
  • Facilitate internal process mapping and master data discussions to prepare for data migration and application configuration
  • Coordinate project activities and communications from end users all the way to our software vendors’ implementation team  including project schedule, team member roles, action items, status reports, meeting notes, configurations, migrations, testing, training and documentation
  • Provide pre and post-launch support for ERP administration and configurations
  • General IT Project Management
  • Assist in driving successful rollouts of new technologies to Heath internal employees
  • Coordinate requirements, meetings and deliverables between Heath IT team, internal business teams and third party software vendors
  • Build and maintain project communications including status reports, training, and documentation
  • Ensure that projects remain on track by identifying and escalating potential roadblocks

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with IT communications including ticketing system reporting, maintenance windows, and outages
  • Organize structure and storage of IT documents 
  • Audit and organize assets including users, licenses, hardware and peripherals
  • Assist with system enhancements and upgrades including evaluation, testing, training and deployment

This position has many customers and a wide range of users within the business and requires 

  • Excellent customer service
  • Collaborative skills in working with a wide range of users
  • Understanding of data structure, application technology and infrastructure without necessarily possessing deep technical knowledge
  • A keen interest in building tools and creating best practices for business teams
  • Documentation of process flows, functional designs and system configurations
  • Planning and scheduling timely completion of projects

Must Haves

  • 2-4 years of experience managing SAAS implementation projects 
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP, specifically Manufacturing, CRM or Finance modules
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Freshdesk or other ticketing/project management system
  • Experience with reporting tools and cleansing/migrating large data sets
  • High degree of comfort with Excel or Google Sheets 

Nice to Haves:

  • Netsuite ERP certification
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or PMP certifications
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce
  • Experience working with ecommerce to ERP connector technologies such as Celigo or eBridge
  • Experience with SAP Business 1, Acumatica or other ERP technologies
  • Familiarity with brick and mortar POS technologies
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing, CPG, or retail operations
  • Working knowledge of accounting systems and productivity software

  • A Systems mindset that can envision critical paths to improve usage, adoption and understanding of technology
  • An appreciation for Data and its ability to answer and clarify business questions

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Selected candidates will do a first phone screen interview with Heath's HR Generalist. Second round interviews are with the hiring manager and the final round interview is a panel interview (sometimes two, back to back) with colleagues and future teammates. There will be no practicals for this particular position.
