JOB DESCRIPTION

As an AVIO Senior Developer, you will be part of a growing team, delivering MuleSoft-based solutions for our clients. You will work with AVIO architects to define the strategic direction, objectives, and priorities to develop solutions that improve the ways our clients work. You will also have the opportunity to lead, mentor, perform code reviews, etc. for other developers. 

This role is remote, or you can work from one of our offices (Dallas, Denver, OKC). We host virtual weekly social activities, as well as annual face-to-face gatherings to stay connected.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating business objectives into technical solutions through the use of MuleSoft Anypoint platform
  • Apply integration design patterns such as message routing, content enrichment, batch processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms to deliver required functionality
  • Coding, testing, debugging, implementing and documenting MuleSoft based flows and integrations 
  • Apply agile principles to capture requirements, track progress, and ensure project success
  • Effectively document design requirements and specifications 
  • Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines including unit testing and code reviews 
  • Effective communication with colleagues and team led to ensure timely delivery of development tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience with web services, SOAP, REST, JSON, Java, Spring, Hibernate
  • Familiar with SOA principles and integration technologies
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, mySQL, etc.
  • Experience with security protocols such as TLS, providing end-to-end encryption
  • Full-stack development experience, Java application development preferred
  • Experience utilizing continuous integration and continuous deployment processes is a plus
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer preferred

  1. Recruiter Screening - Google Meet (30 minutes)
  2. Assessment - this can be a verbal assessment or an online coding test (SQL + REST + Java or .NET Core)
  3. Tech Interview - Google Meet (90 minutes)
  4. Final Interview - Google Meet (60 minutes)
