As Lead Product Designer, you will drive customer-facing design projects from start to finish, including discovery and usability research. You’ll help innovate and evolve the new customer experience as the business continues to transform the way customers find what they love.

A lead designer can own and manage large, ambiguous projects from definition to execution. They have stellar UX, presentation and written communication skills. They are confident, action-oriented collaborators who can identify partners and facilitate decisions to drive work forward. They collaborate on roadmap planning and identify key areas of opportunity.

Our Product Design team has designed unique, innovative software for customers, merchandising, styling and warehouse and inventory management. What is your Interview process like?

There are 4 stages to the interview process:

  • Phone or Video Screen
  • Video Portfolio Review + PM Interview
  • Full day Onsite Portfolio Review, Partner Interviews + Work Session
  • Video Post Interview Follow-up with Hiring Manager
