Mid-level technical support position at a small art technology company. (A woman owned company!) We mostly work remotely from home and provide FileMaker-based software database solutions to art businesses. Our clients include many of the most respected art galleries, artists, museums, art collections and foundations in the world. We support all of our clients remotely and make occasional onsite gallery visits in New York City. This position will support our clients; install, troubleshoot and customize software; transfer existing data into our products and provide general customer service. This position will also provide a communication bridge from clients to developers. We are a close knit team with a warm and friendly company culture.
