INTERVIEW PROCESS

We are a very small team, and culture means a lot.  While we will, of course, assess experience, ability, and fit with the requirements of the role, a big part of our process is in learning how you as a person will complement us, as people.  We value the friendships we are building in the process of building an impactful, mission-oriented company - it's one of the many things that makes the hard work worth the effort!

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

Mae's mission is to drive equity in women's & minority health. It is important that our employees and our leadership reflect the diversity of the community we are serving. We also acknowledge the importance of empathy in building products for those most underserved in today's healthcare ecosystem, so, in addition to gender and racial diversity, we value the ability of each of our employees to empathize with the experiences of others - by actively listening and learning.
