About this role:

C2FO is looking for an experienced designer, conceptual thinker, and leader who’s looking to create marketing content that stands out from the competition. More than a designer, we’re looking for a great visual storyteller to help bring the C2FO value and mission to life in dynamic and creative ways.

As an integral part of the marketing team, you’ll be able to use your well-honed design skills and an eye for detail at a high-growth company that’s transforming the financial health of businesses around the world. Your range of skills will have a significant impact across a variety of mediums, including print, web, email, presentation design, event design, and social media.

In this role, your day-to-day will include:

  • Collaborating with product, technical, and business stakeholders in our U.S. offices and abroad to deliver high-quality creative concepts that can be applied across a variety of mediums.

  • Leading all photo styling, direction and selection to accompany brand content.

  • Creating info graphics, illustrations, and animations that translate across mediums.

  • Developing compelling brand templates and style guides to be leveraged across the company including web, email and PowerPoint.

  • Managing multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working with marketing product managers and writers to create final assets to support campaign efforts.

  • Directing outside agencies and freelancers to ensure consistency and usability standards.

  • Presenting and explaining design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

  • Gathering feedback and analytics to recommend and prioritize iterative improvements.

  • Collaborating within the team and other departments to leverage and share ideas and recommendations to apply broadly across multiple channels.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years in digital/visual design in a corporate marketing or communications department, and or agency environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, media arts or similar

  • Strong design portfolio

  • Advanced level skill with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  • Intermediate level skill with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT, HTML/CSS

  • Consistently applies style guide conventions

  • Elevated taste level and innate ability to create unique design elements and experiences with strong typography and layout hierarchy skills

  • Experience working within predetermined templates or standardized design to create web, email, and direct mail assets
