We start with a 30 minute phone interview to check for basic technical knowledge and communication skills, and to provide information about our company.
If things look good at this point, we will invite you in for an in person interview that will last for 2-3 hours. During this interview, you will meet with a number of people including the team you will be working with, other key contributors to the company, and at least one of the partners. You will be asked to describe in detail previous work that you have done and questions that explore your problem solving approach and skills. You will also be given the opportunity to learn more about us. (It's a two way process after all)
If there is a good mutual consensus of fit and opportunity, then we will move to make you a verbal offer. If you like what you hear, we'll put it in writing and set a start date.
We have made increasing the diversity within our company a top level goal for 2020. We are growing this year, and we want this to be a focus for our growth.
We are advertising our open positions on diversity focused job boards.
We have defined as a goal for our hiring managers to increase the diversity in our company and challenged them to look at candidates with non-traditional educations/technical backgrounds.
We are an open and transparent culture that values people for who they are, and the contributions they can make to our clients, the projects we work, the teams they work on, and our company as a whole.
