We’re looking for an experienced Digital Developer who has a passion for creating new and trending digital experiences that move the needle for our clients. This exciting new opportunity will allow you to flex your creative and technical muscles in equal measure, while positioning you as a key player on an expanding team.


  • Works closely with UX, content and design teams to bring a wide variety of digital experiences to life, including but not limited to websites, emails, interactive games, quizzes, ads, multimedia content campaigns, motion graphics, animations, etc.
  • Develops responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and more.
  • Understands PHP back-end development.
  • Understands how to integrate with third-party APIs as needed.
  • Executes defined technical SEO strategies.
  • Develops and delivers email campaigns to clients who may use a variety of platforms.
  • Applies design and development best practices including naming conventions, code styling, etc.
  • Understanding of how to deliver digital work to clients for in-house implementation, and/or a keen awareness of security sensitivities should you implement directly via a client website or digital property.
  • Develops with WCAG and ADA guidelines for Accessibility in mind.
  • Manages quality assurance (testing) procedures to ensure an error-free deliverable.

Required Skills

  • Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
  • 1+ years testing for and mitigating accessibility issues according to the WCAG 2.0, level AA standard (or higher).
  • Ability to implement and customize Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore, Ektron, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
  • Proven portfolio of a wide variety of mobile first multimedia.
  • Experience with modern front-end workflow processes and tools (NPM, Webpack, Sass).
  • Experience working with databases, such as MySQL.
  • Understanding of MarTech integration.
  • Familiarity with conversational user interface and AI integration desired.
  • Experience in augmented, virtual or mixed reality a plus.
  • Strong project management, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change often.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: a team player, positive and collaborative.


  • Bachelor’s degree is required in related field such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design, etc.
  • 5+ years of direct development experience utilizing the front-end developer stack.
  • 3+ years working directly with UX and design professionals preferred.
  • Experience working in an agency environment a plus.


The interview process is conducted in two rounds. First round is with two of the partners from the firm. The second round is with two senior team members. We would use zoom to conduct interviews.

Why did we add Include as a 5th Madison Way?
