Aligned with our data & analytics team, the Associate Product Owner will play a key role in expanding and improving our audience measurement, tracking and retargeting platform within our cloud microservices data ecosystem. What You Do:
Guide, coach and motivate the sprint team with the objective of continual improvement of key outcomes.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Create
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project, creating functional requirements and a well-maintained backlog.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with our Strategic Initiatives team to create and maintain a product backlog prioritized according to business value or ROI.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. Be the key voice in managing communication to impacted stakeholders in regards to unlikely production events in conjunction with our SLAs.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and optimization trends
What You Bring:
1-3 years of prior experience in product ownership for a software development organization
Previous working experience in an Agile team as a Product Owner with an in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Creative thinker with a key attention to detail.
