What is your Interview process like?

The interview process begins with a phone screen by a recruiter to assess basic qualifications. The phone screen questions are specific to the operation of computer networks and range in difficulty.

Candidates who pass the phone screen would then move on to a second round in-person (zoom these days) interview with the technical team they would be joining. The technical team will ask further technical questions to assess the candidate's abilities.

A final round of interviews will also be conducted with senior management to help assess personality and organizational fit.

What efforts are you making in terms of increasing diversity & inclusion within your company?

The Broad is an extremely inclusive workplace that is actively striving to strengthen its inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship efforts.
