Threespot’s Account Coordinator is responsible for handling our clients’ ongoing maintenance and enhancement requests. They must be a patient communicator and problem solver with a general understanding of digital project management principles and website, web application, and mobile application development. They are multidisciplinary thinkers and quick studies, thriving in an environment rich with learning opportunities.

The Account Coordinator will cultivate relationships with current Threespot clients, working with Threespot’s in-house designers and developers to maintain and enhance existing sites and applications. They will be required to traffic multiple simultaneous, short-term client requests, ranging from addressing break-fix issues to managing small enhancement projects. They are comfortable with shifting priorities, and escalating requests that they cannot handle to the appropriate team member in a timely fashion.

They are expected to interact with producers, technical personnel, and graphic designers in support of long-lived, quality-driven client relationships. They must be impeccably organized, polite, and patient with clients whose technical skills vary greatly. They are committed to the success of both Threespot’s products and our progressive clients.
