Trained as a social worker, I've brought my 15 years of nonprofit experience to the tech sector. I provide empathetic and thorough customer support, skilled at identifying, reproducing and investigating issues. I'm also a great team builder; contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture is my side jam.

I'm looking for my next opportunity in SaaS customer support. I'm passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice at work so am looking for a company that not only shares those values, but lives them in demonstrable ways.
My dream company has a remote-first approach and dedicates time and resource to making sure people feel connected. It can't be all about work all the time; I want to get to know my colleagues as people too!
