Binti is led by a woman CEO and woman CTO, both of whom care deeply about issues of diversity and inclusion. The Tech team is relatively diverse in gender, sexual orientation, and race, and has prioritized diversity in hiring.  We also try to keep internal systems fair and inclusive, from big things (salary transparency) to smaller things (rotating office admin tasks like taking notes instead of asking for volunteers). We know that no organization is perfect, but in our space (foster care), we also know it's incredibly important to consider diverse viewpoints and make space for ideas and leadership from underrepresented folks.
