Univision’s social impact & sustainability team is dedicated to helping Hispanics in the U.S. succeed by becoming healthier, wealthier, and prouder of their identity and culture through the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The group executes its efforts around three social pillars: economic mobility, advocacy & visibility, and health equity. Employees are not only welcome to participate in our community and DE&I initiatives, they are also provided with support by the Social Impact team through a scholarship and emergency relief fund program.
