The Center for Open Science (COS) was founded January 15, 2013. COS aims to increase the openness, integrity, and reproducibility of scientific research. It is a dynamic, innovative, aspirational, high-energy organization that aims to serve the scientific community.
We prioritize diversity and inclusion in our organization staffing, policies, and practices. We have an Employee Resources Group for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that meet regularly to have open dialogue and share resources. Our policies are transparent and supportive of a variety of life circumstances to maximize inclusion and opportunity for success at COS. We update these policies regularly to meet emerging best practices for inclusion, and based on feedback gathered from internal surveys, annual and real-time reviews, and exit interviews.
